Ryan Spencer Dekline Ad
Here’s the photo from Ryan’s most recent Dekline ad. This was insane!! No joke did this second try. It’s always great for the skater to land something quickly but never good for the photographer. I always end up liking something I changed up halfway into a session. Luckily, I changed things up a little bit for his second and final try and ended up liking it. Still probably goes...

Josh Harmony Pig Wheel's Ad
Here’s the photo from Josh’s newest Pig Wheel’s ad. He did this 50-50 across and down pretty easy. The hardest part was just to be able to ride down the whole way. Josh is a champ and did it and made it look amazing!

Tools of the Trade
I feel confident in saying that photographers and videographers all have one thing in common, they are “Gear Heads”. Even if you just shooting with a hand-me-down 35mm camera and are against the digital world, you still most likely enjoy taking a peek into someone else’s camera bag. It’s like going into a Toy Store when you were a kid. You see familiar items, ones...

Love for Coffee
I’ve been an avid coffee drinker since I was a kid. When I say kid, I mean kid. Around 10 years old I was pouring my self a cup of coffee along with enough sugar to make my stirring straw stand straight up. My tastes have changed since then but my love and enjoyment for coffee still stands strong.  I recently came across this article on Scientific American entitled “How to make...

I just made a photo blog with some of my favorites that I've taken, it's all 35mm, I was just wondering if you could check em out, there are 17 right now, maybe shoot me some feedback? The link is on my...

Josh Harmony Tuesday 25
My photo of Josh is up on Skateboarder’s site. This smith grind was insane! See that fence opening on the right? He landed and had to swerve through the opening. It was crazy! Go to the Skateboarder Magazine site and learn 25 new things about my friend Josh Harmony!

Portrait Book
After over a year gathering and organizing images I have finally finished my Portrait Book. When it arrived my hands trembled in fear that I would scuff it up by touching it. The 72 page book contains more than 50 photos that span over a 5 year period. The photographs of friends, family, skateboarders, musicians, and more are printed on 170 gsm matt paper. The company I used is Ubyu...

Emergency Room Thoughts
Spent most of the night in the ER last night a learned a few things… 1. We should all be grateful for our health because you never know when it will leave you for a night. 2. We should all be grateful for our sanity. They brought it two homeless and borderline schizophrenic people. Was not a pleasant sight. 3. Be so grateful of the people you love (significant others, family, friends)...

Josh Harmony Toy Machine Ad
I am so fortunate to have shot another Toy Machine ad. These are my favorite ads to get. Seeing Ed’s artwork on top of my photo is always amazing. Also, getting one of my good friend Josh is always a plus. This 50-50 he did is insane! The rail bends away from him and has all kinds of kinks, and to top it off it’s in the ghetto. Josh pulled through like he always does and made it look...

Josh Harmony
Here’s a photo of Josh doing a frontside 5-0 in the middle of LA. If you look closely you can see the security guard coming out of the background. This spot is a big bust and you have to be in and out. I just slapped a flash onto my camera and Josh and I ran up and did this first try. We ran away right after. It was super fun. Reminded me of being a kid. Good times!

Bondo Jobs
I went out with Mikey Taylor, Mike Mo, David Torgerson, and Chris Ray the other weekend. We started out at this school with these amazing benches. Unfortunately, we got kicked out a few hours in. The cop actually looked through my camera bags because he thought I had stolen stuff from the school we were at. Yeah guy, I stole all this stuff and decided to hang around with it. Then, we headed to...

Collin Provost Goes Pro
Collin Provost is Pro! Although, who didn’t see this coming. This kid has been on a tear for the past few years and it’s only getting better. Either way what kind of advice would you give someone trying to complete an application for an internship for a skateboard or action sports magazine? What kinds of things do you think are most important to include when applying for internships like that? Thanks for your time and keep up the good work. I always looking looking at it.
