Yesterday I spent most of my day photographing the hard working and extremely talented men and women of Westin Mitchell. Coming from a skateboard and design background, I’m naturally draw to the excitement and work that happens in a shop like this. I realized yesterday that when sparks go flying, I gravitate towards them. Photographing welding was really fun. Sticking my camera right in the stream of sparks and feeling little burning sensations all of my hands and arms was awesome! I can’t wait to keep shooting these guys.
